A warm welcome to the Compass Educational Trust.

We are a forward looking, inclusive and dynamic trust, currently comprising four schools in South East Essex. Our aspirations for our students have no limits; we intend that each and every one of our students thrive in our trust, enabled to pursue their chosen destination with confidence and optimism.

Academic achievement is at the core of what we do and will provide the gateway to realising every possible opportunity for each student's next steps. This is supplemented by a broad and exciting selection of enrichment opportunities, aimed to not only broaden our students' cultural capital but instil curiosity. Our staff receive excellent professional development to ensure that all students can achieve their goals across each of their subjects.

We want all of our students to feel a deep sense of belonging to their school community, and to achieve this, we ensure that we have a supportive and inclusive ethos which considers the needs of every child carefully and them implements the appropriate strategies to ensure success. Our welfare and pastoral teams are well trained in managing diverse needs so that students can thrive whatever their starting points and ongoing requirements. 

Our wider stakeholders, parents, governors and local community members, are vital in contributing to the futures of our students and we ensure that they are well-informed and involved in our journey.
